Service items

(I) Personnel recruitment

The purpose of this work is to provide personnel service solutions for the employing unit, including personnel recruitment, screening and other HR-related work. This enables the decision-making layer or leadership of the employing unit to focus more on the development of its core business and the realization of the customer relationship target.

(II) Interview and recruitment of employing unit Our company conducts the preliminary interview and then organizes personnel to be interviewed uniformly for recruitment by the employing unit, so as to reduce the time and energy spent by the employing unit on the employee recruitment and management of non core employees.

(III) Signing of the unit agreement and individual labor contract

According to the relevant laws and regulations, our company signs the Agreement on Labor Dispatching with the employing unit, and Labor Contract for Labor Dispatching with all the dispatched workers.
