Social

Our
company's social responsibility policy is based on seven principles to deal
with all kinds of relationships Aramani is involved in, including customers,
suppliers, employees and communities.
The
social responsibility committee of our company formulates and implements the
company standards in relation to ethical standards and company
responsibilities.
1-Employee

individual differences of employees, provide equal opportunities for them,

United Nations' regulations on human rights and the core practices of the
International Labour Organization, which are strictly provided for in our code
of conduct and our HR policy and practice.
We

development and apply it to their work.
2-
Customer
We give
priority to the customer satisfaction. We look forward the market development,
constantly innovate services, and make efforts to transcend the customer
expectation.
We
continuously improve our service quality, and constantly search for the best
solution to meet our customer requirement. So we interview our customers every
year to find where we need to make improvements.
3-Supplier
To
ensure sufficient local procurement, we strive to establish long-term
cooperation with major suppliers and conduct continuous dialogues with them.
The
supplier guidelines of Aramani have established the most basic standards,
requiring the compliance and execution of our suppliers.
We
evaluate our supplier before incorporating a supplier into our supplier system.
In the
meantime, we also regularly review, and supervise the implementation of these
guidelines by our suppliers to ensure our quality standard.

operate in several countries, we always employ our employees from the locality,
and we provide job opportunities for many local families.
We
encourage our branches to rely on local suppliers, especially farmers, to
provide fresh food. Currently, over 70% percent of our products are purchased
locally.
We
authorize our employees to actively contribute to the community, by encouraging
them to engage in community activities in two ways: community investment
(mainly out of employees' voluntariness) and charity donation.
